Job Description:
- The IT MWP Regional leader is responsible for the delivery of all regional modern workplace services for one / several countries in compliance with global standards and practices. The role reports to the DSL Modern workplace and transversal report to Local IT country leader.
- To reach this goal, the IT MWP regional leader should actively interact with local users and with modern workplace product line and create proper communication channels to group IT teams for all IT Business and Infrastructure topics.
- Furthermore, he / she should ensure that the delivery of Modern workplace services meet global commitments and local needs.
- He should manage the local support provider and external resources.
- He / she should track KPIs to ensure group and local SLAs are aligned with these agreements.
- Finally, he / she should ensure that the IT group policies and best practices are properly implemented locally. This includes coordinating the implementation of all audit remediation actions.
- US specificity: He/she must supervise network and system team under the management of the IT country leader.

Leadership & Management
- Takes part in SDL team with active interaction with Zone and country leaders
- Builds a high performing regional MWP team that is driven by ambitious and result oriented goals and supports continuous improvement objectives
- Supervise Infrastructure & Operations team day to day work and projects
- Provides an environment that fosters self-improvement and an understanding of the contribution and value of each team member to the group strategy.
- Take initiatives to propose MWP improvements at global and local level and actively contribute to local IT Team success
Project Management
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, resources, and timeline.
- When business local requests lead to IT MWP initiatives, interacts with corporate service delivery managers, to assure the decision is compliant with the corporate roadmaps (global architecture consistency).
- Builds and maintains the local MWP project portfolio in conjunction with the Global PMO and under corporate IT policy.
- Ensures proper communication and change management to all stakeholders
Delivery, Support and Service performance
- Ensures local systems and applications are up and running and that all requests are addressed with defined SLAs and agreed customer satisfaction level across the business.
- Act as the representative of the local key users who use corporate IT systems and applications. Consequently, interact with corporate service delivery teams to ensure local customer satisfaction (voice of the zone/platform).
- Ensure corporate IT systems and applications deployed locally are properly used (maximize Ceva IT investments).
- Analyzes, reviews, and measures performance against defined and agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) with the business and operating level agreements (OLAs) with service providers, both internal and external
Security & Cyber resilience
- Actively contributes with cyber-SOC services to identify real time attacks and mitigate all cyber risks
- Share cyber performance metrics, reviews and action status updates in close relation with CISO and CIO
- Ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information is not compromised
- Complies with existing laws, regulations and corporate policies and processes
- Designs and implements cyber resilient IT architecture to limit cyber risk exposure and external attacks
- Patch Management: commits to patching and upgrades to safeguard applications and reduce vulnerabilities
Financial & Budget Management
- Defines the regional Infrastructure & IT Operations budget (OpEx / CapEx) for modern workplace perimeter
- Closely tracks the financial spend through purchases orders and monthly financial reviews to ensure budget target is met
Vendor management
- Works closely with sourcing and purchasing teams to select preferred global partners that can meet needs.
- Reviews regularly main vendors to provide 2 way feedback and ensure compliance with requirements
- Asset Management: builds systems to track all global assets to ensure full compliance, visibility and negotiation leverage.
Compliance
- Integrates mandatory regulatory compliance requirements in the IS master plan and relevant infrastructure projects: GxP (QI/QO/QP), GDPR.
- Conforms with Internal Control and group IS policies (security, budget approval, investment requests)
- Defines and develops best practices, governance standards, processes, and metrics to ensure IS services comply with established corporate methodology and quality standards to enforce interoperability and agility.
- Ensures consistent quality and overall solution performance to meet group requirements.
Technical & Functional Competencies
