MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
Dearborn, MI (Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite)
9 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $72/hr on W2 and 10 days of PTO
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business drivers, ensure usability, scalability, and satisfaction. Acting as a liaison between the client, technical, and design teams, you will implement the technical roadmap in alignment with the OKRs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to understand functionalities and use cases of the product and create prototypes.
- Ensure all standard requirements are met and perform technical analysis.
- Work with Product Managers in project delivery planning, applying knowledge of requirements and past project delivery experience to identify risks and prioritize tasks.
Experience Required
- 5 years of experience in Enterprise application solutions/development.
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Online with 365).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and portal development, testing, implementing, debugging, and documenting complex programs.
- Solid skills in Azure/PowerApps, Visual Studio, GitHub.
- Proficiency in developing efficient client-side scripting using Plug-In, Workflows, and Custom Business Processes.
- Capable of designing and developing the UI, business logic tier, data tier, and integration tier along with testing and maintenance of the product.
- Good technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Power Portal.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, creating, querying & manipulating databases, APIs and integration, front-end code (HTML/CSS, bootstrap), and web stack back-end technologies (.NET).
- Sound understanding of CI/CD processes, Agile development, and deep understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Custom Controls.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience in the Customer Service module of Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience in integration technologies to connect internal & third-party systems is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Experience using Agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software.
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications are a plus.
