**This position is hybrid: 3 days in the Princeton office/2 days WFH**
In this contracted position the candidate will be asked to step in for some specific amount of time (TBD) and take on a lead developer role. The candidate will be asked to work closely with the existing project team members on a number of tasks which allow us to complete the in-flight Newsprint Reporting (NPR) project.
The ideal candidate MUST have the following qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft .NET and .NET Core C# language
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server
- Experience with web design (UI/UX) and development using ASP .Net-Core and Telerik HTML/JavaScript Kendo UI widgets
- Experience with relational databases optimistic concurrency control and web page syncing via SignalR
- Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication, preferably Okta.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Experience with JSON and XML
- Experience with RESTful web services
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Experience with developing reports for purposes of data analysis and business intelligence, preferably using SQL Server Reporting Services
- Experience with creating and executing unit, functional, destructive and performance tests
- Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques
- Experience with software version control using Github
- Experience with automated software deployment from Github and Jenkins
- Experience with software development lifecycles
