- Maintain network infrastructure including Data Center, HQ-Campus, Branch Campus, Wireless (WLAN), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Troubleshoot WAN and Wi-Fi hardware, software, and circuit connectivity problems, coordinate resolution with internal technical resources and vendors.
- Maintain documentation of Wide Area Network and Wi-Fi equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless access points, on an on-going basis; include documentation updates as an integral part of every project.
- Coordinate multiple vendor efforts in conjunction with project plans. Obtain and process hardware and service quotes from vendors to be used in project proposals.
- Provide escalation support for Technical Support for problems.
- Resolve escalated issues or provide guidance to assist Technical Support staff in problem resolution.
- Monitor capacity and performance of all segments of the network including Data Center, Campus, Wireless, Voice and Wide Area Networks.
- Maintain equipment inventory
