Position: SAP Data and Quality Systems Specialist

Location: Research Triangle Park, NC (2 T.W. Alexander Drive, Durham, NC 27709)

Work Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour

What You’ll Do

As an SAP Data and Quality Systems Specialist, you will:

• Master Data Management: Set up and maintain SAP QM master data, including inspection plans, methods, master inspection characteristics, and usage decision codes.
• Data Accuracy: Perform data entry and ensure the integrity of transferred data across systems.
• Problem Solving: Audit specifications, identify discrepancies, and create action plans to resolve issues.
• Script Development: Assist in creating scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support project success.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with team members.
• Collaborative Work: Support cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure project milestones are met.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP systems (SAP QM experience preferred).
• Experience in data entry, management, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other project management tools is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (conditional formatting and large dataset reconciliation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and regions.
• Problem-solving abilities and quick adaptability to new systems and processes.
• Multilingual skills (Spanish/German/English) are a bonus!
