Work Hours: Mon - Fri (40 hours/week)
Work Location: Davie, FL
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM -5:00 PM)
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Support a team of planners, schedulers and planner-buyers ensuring planning and execution of the end-to-end site supply plan.
- Support the review and development of the site supply plan(s) based on required demand from the market and packaging sites.
- Drive the RCCP across manufacturing ensuring that capacity and resources are balanced whilst enabling continual supply.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of specific resources.
- Support the overall process for planning bids and tenders, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure feasibility against all known constraints.
- Support & lead projects focusing on improvement to supply chain planning processes.
- Participate in daily meetings with manufacturing, QA, and other stakeholders to align on all planning activities.
- Supporting the reporting and management of key KPIs: demand adherence, schedule adherence and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Qualification in Engineering or a BA of Supply Chain Management / Operations Management.
- Should have a Supply Chain Lead experience in the past.
- Have worked in a DEA regulated controlled environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environment is beneficial.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in SAP, APO and ECC.
- Fundamental understanding and experience in Supply Chain Planning (planning, scheduling, data management and S&OP).
