- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Uphold high standards of guest services, fostering a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred, particularly in food service or hotel settings.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
