Position Overview: We seek an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and community engagement aligning with our mission to support local farmers and provide exceptional food experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Design seasonal menus showcasing local, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients reflecting our commitment to quality and community.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
