Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled insurance professional to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, policy changes, and claims follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their commercial insurance needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.
- Prepare and process insurance quotes, applications, and endorsements for new and existing clients.
- Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- P&C License in Wisconsin (must be current and in good standing).
- 1 years of commercial insurance experience with a focus on account management and servicing.
- Proven strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in technology and able to quickly adapt to new software systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
