Job Description:
The Steffens Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, policy changes, and claims follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their commercial insurance needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.
- Prepare and process insurance quotes, applications, and endorsements for new and existing clients.
- Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance market trends, coverage options, and regulatory changes.
- Assist clients with claims management, including reporting claims and liaising between the client and insurance carriers.
Requirements:
- 1 years of commercial insurance experience with a focus on account management and servicing.
- Proven strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in technology and able to quickly adapt to new software systems (experience with insurance management software is a plus).
