As a thriving auction company since 1960, we have been busy selling everything from combines & tractors to tillable farm acreage, hay, and livestock. We also sell an array of assets including construction equipment, large estates, business holding, and more! From that time forward, the company has experienced a continued growth pattern & an expansion of offered services.
The Graphic Designer at Steffes Group, Inc. will be based out of our Litchfield, MN site and will join our growing marketing team, located throughout the Midwest. This role will require a creative and detail-oriented individual to focus on the creation of graphics needed to promote Steffes Group, Inc. auctions & events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and design visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, presentations, sale bills, and buyer’s prospectus designs, following company branding standards
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce cohesive designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Work with other Graphic Designers on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Remain up to date on design industry trends and innovations, while making recommendations to keep Steffes Group, Inc. relevant
- Collaborate with other team members professionally and effectively, through verbal and written communication, to promote upcoming auctions and events
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Graphic Design work experience preferred, but open to candidates with recently obtained degree in Graphic Design with familiarity of required programs
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications, In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat is required
- Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, with outstanding organizational skills, allowing priority & workflow management
- Self-starter mindset with capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to provide a portfolio containing previous samples of design work to demonstrate knowledge of design principles, layout, and typography
