JOB TITLE: CRM & ERP Integration Specialist
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time, Exempt
LOCATION (Remote or Hybrid): Stego’s Home Office in San Clemente, California (flexibility to work remotely at the discretion of employee’s manager).
HOURS & TIME ZONE: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (preference for Pacific time zone, but not required).
PAY RANGE: Reasonably expected to be $115,000 - $130,000 USD annually based on experience, education, and location.

ROLE PURPOSE:
The CRM & ERP Integration Specialist will be responsible for administration and customization of Salesforce CRM and Certinia ERP (formerly known as FinancialForce), creating seamless integrations between various software and SaaS systems, and ensuring optimal performance of these integrations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES):
GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
- Collaborate with the different departments within the company to establish configuration and integration requirements of various IT application systems.
- Develop and implement strategic integration solutions for the achievement of individual and Technology Department goals and objectives.
TECHNOLOGY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement, integrate and configure technology (company-wide) and data-oriented strategies to support other departments and Company goals and objectives
- Contribute to the design, maintenance, and improvement of Company IT systems, including infrastructure, networks, applications, and data analytics platforms
- Provide hands-on technical support and assist troubleshooting when needed
COMPANY CULTURE & CORE VALUES:
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate with other Information Systems (Technology and Data Department) team members and all Stego employees.
REQUIRED SKILLS, TRAITS & COMPETENCIES:
- Experience in CRM, ERP & SaaS Software Integration Engineering
- Experience designing data interfaces and exchanges
- Experience in enterprise software configuration & software security
- Experience with System Integration Testing
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (Postgres or MS SQL preferred)
- Healthy obsession with data-backed decision making
- Strong planning, problem solving, and data-driven skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely detail oriented, organized, reliable, and trustworthy
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Information Systems experience (required)
- Proven experience in designing & implementing integrations between various enterprise software and SaaS systems
- In-depth understanding of software configuration tasks and system performance optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Office Applications, SharePoint, PowerBI, SQL, etc.), CRM (Salesforce preferred), ERP (Certinia / FinancialForce preferred).
- Experience with MuleSoft, Avalera and/or Azure considered a plus (strongly preferred)
- Deep knowledge and understanding of IT systems and applications (strongly preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
- Ability to travel to and attend team meetings, industry meetings, conferences, and events, including nights and overnight stays (approximately 10% of the time)
