Description
I. OBJECTIVE / GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Perform all aspects of Retailer Price updates and VIP Pricing Changes
II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update and maintain VIP pricing (New items as well as decreases and increases).
- Pull information from BudNet / other breweries to update Master Price Files.
- Monthly distribution of price files.
- Update and maintain pricing in all retailer portals, websites, and monthly files by necessary deadlines.
- Submit new item pricing to Alcohol Beverage Control.
- Update all increases and decreases to Alcohol Beverage Control.
- Daily: Delivery route reconciliation.
- Daily: Close and reconcile sales office money drawer and route.
- Daily: Close for Idaho and Oregon in VIP and run all ranker reports.
- Monthly: Close for Idaho and Oregon in VIP and run all ranker reports.
- Assure compliance with ABI Equity agreement concerning BudNet file processing.
- Pull sales reports for all promo discounts and give them to AR to process billings.
- Work with Brewery AR Specialist to fix any price discrepancies.
- Work with Product Supply Coordinator and Craft Brand Manager on new item pricing and set up as well as item pricing increases and decreases.
- Work with KAM’s on additional support they might need as far as pricing for chain accounts.
- Ensure that all the emails in the orders@steinbeer email are managed.
III. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Back up other office functions as necessary: (mail, phones, walk-in clients, and sales window)
- Ensure Deadlines are meant.
Qualifications
- Education:
- High School Diploma
- Experience/Requirements
- Knowledge of VIP & BudNet systems preferred.
- Highly efficient in Excel and well versed in the following: Outlook, Word, Acrobat Reader, XP – Office
- Good Organizational & Multi-tasking skills
- Attention to Detail
- Works well with little supervision
- Have good attendance and performance record.
- Possess & maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
