Relentless growth means we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Associate Director of Strategy to join our global team, based out of New York.
As an Associate Director of Strategy, you will lead multiple client accounts, providing strategic direction and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning within a B2B advertising environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills, and will be adept at translating data and research into compelling strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and oversee strategic direction for multiple client accounts.
- Develop and implement creative strategies informed by data analysis and market research.
- Understand and align clients' business objectives with strategic initiatives.
- Create comprehensive messaging frameworks to guide marketing efforts.
- Foster and promote collaboration among creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Maintain a client-facing presence, building and nurturing strong relationships.
