About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative CRM Analyst, Assistant Vice President to work with our Demand Generation team at our client’s office in Connecticut. This role involves analyzing and managing large datasets to deliver actionable insights, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and supporting data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and participate in ongoing Data Strategy discussions.
- Develop and maintain data collection systems and databases.
- Actively maintain the accuracy and completeness of the CRM data to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Track and monitor data quality initiatives.
- Leverage a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to consolidate and analyze customer data from various sources.
- Manage the use and lifecycle of data from marketing automation tools to align identities and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Produce and maintain sales reports & dashboards in Salesforce and in excel for different business stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support business strategies
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- 6-9 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial industry; Tableau and finance/economics background are a plus.
