What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant - Executive position at Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging?
Shift 8:00 am- 4:30pm
Monday- Friday
Rate of Pay: $20-22 hour DOE
Performs various administrative duties for Executive Management, Managing Partner and Dir. of Admin Support as needed. Responsible for ordering the administration/accounting departments office supplies, other office equipment and coordinates required maintenance or cleaning with Facility Management and Environmental Services as needed. Compiles daily/monthly data for internal and external reports. Follow up to obtain executed contracts and agreements as needed. Transcribes business correspondence and interoffice memos. Responsible for coordinating schedules for all VIP patients. Maintains databases, create and maintains forms and labels for various departments. Posts mail and responsible for maintaining the mail equipment. Provides administrative/scheduling support to SPRS & QRS as needed. May perform other job related duties as necessary for the efficient operation of SDMI.
MINIMUM SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIREMENTS:
Job Requirements:
• Education and Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience.
o Medical knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Skills and Abilities:
o Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
o Strong phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.
o Proficient computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Intergy is a plus.
o Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
o Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
o Capable of handling multiple phone lines effectively.
o Self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow up as needed.
o Familiarity with general office equipment.

• Performance Expectations:
o Complete occurrence reports within 24 hours of an event, risk, or issue.
o Demonstrate punctuality and maintain a satisfactory attendance record in compliance with SDMI policies.
o Take full responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring all tasks are completed before the end of the shift.
o Undergo periodic performance reviews by a supervisor, with additional training or disciplinary actions if necessary.
• Additional Responsibilities:
o Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of SDMI.
