A Day in the Life as an SDMI Ultrasound Tech: You will experience busy days with 12-16 cases a day including general, GYN, small parts and vascular. Successful Ultrasound Techs have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and are service minded, fun-loving and a team player. You can expect to be scheduled Mondays-Fridays with 10 hour shifts, 7am-5:30pm. No callbacks and no weekends!
You are an ideal candidate if you…
- Have experience working in a fast paced Ultrasound environment that requires ACR quality imaging
- Are familiar with PACS/Intergy or similar software
- Have a positive, upbeat personality, easily adaptable and willing to learn
To ensure success in this role, you must have…
- ARDMS certification OR must be eligible to become ARDMS certified within 60 days of hire
You can expect to earn a starting rate of $37 (0-2 years of exp). Starting rate increases based upon years of registered experience.
