Position Type: Full Time / Salary / Exempt
Yearly Salary Range: $80,000 to $105,000

The SCI Team is looking to add a Service Department Manager to our growing Team! As a member of the Service Department, you will be part of a Team that is building the future for our industrial and commercial clients. We are currently looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual with the ability to lead our Team of Service Technicians in Northern Indiana. (Including Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Howard and Tippecanoe counties) The ideal fit for this position is organized, uses good time management and has the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
As the Service Department Manager, you are responsible for managing Service Techs on small projects while maintaining customer relations and the after-sales experience. You will work with both the Operations and Sales Departments and report to the Chief Operations Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing clients to fill the Service Pipeline
- Create and maintain purchase orders and subcontracts
- Estimate Service projects ranging from $0-$50,000
- Direct Service Technicians in multiple locations
- Efficiently handle customer concerns and complaints
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers and suppliers
- Participate in weekly Sales and Operations meetings
Qualifications:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Previous sales and / or management experience
- Strong knowledge of the industrial construction industry
