Position Title: Receptionist
Reports to: Reception Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Check patients in for appointments
- Assist patients with paperwork
- Interview patients to obtain past medical information and enter information accurately into EMR system
- Collect co-pays as necessary
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in a medical office environment a plus
- Previous experience with an EMR and Practice Management System a plus
