Our client is seeking an administrator.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and Review Contracts: Create, review, and manage contracts for subcontractors and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and project needs.

  • Track and Manage Contracts: Maintain a detailed system to monitor contract statuses, key deadlines, renewals, and expirations. Provide timely reminders to leadership and the team.

  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with project managers and leadership to ensure all project details are accurately reflected in contracts and everyone stays informed.

  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all contracts meet legal and regulatory standards, addressing discrepancies as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contract administration, construction, or a related field.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with contract management or billing software is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
