Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources function
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Support onboarding
Assist with talent acquisition including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, follow-up, talent pipelines, and orientation
Track benefit eligibility
Order and manage inventory
Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and fluency.
Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality and protect the integrity of sensitive information.
Qualifications
Juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner
Bilingual English and Spanish
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
