Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the social media calendar, crafting engaging and on-brand messaging.
Write and edit high-quality content for emails, blogs, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Monitor content performance and optimize strategies for maximum engagement.
Update and maintain website content to align with ongoing campaigns.
Manage and track sales leads in Pardot/Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and distribution.
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, providing strategic input and insights.
Oversee marketing projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Support the Marketing Manager by handling smaller project management tasks as needed.
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, including exhibitor profiles, scheduling, and materials preparation.
Organize and ship event materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Provide on-site support for trade shows, including booth setup and coordination.
Assist with internal and external company events, handling vendor coordination and materials distribution.
Conduct competitor research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Assist in developing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Provide creative input for marketing campaigns and special projects.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in an industrial or technical setting.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills for various platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and WordPress.
Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot and Salesforce (or similar).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
