The selected consultant will either complete the ongoing work or propose and implement an alternative technical solution if more appropriate.

Scope of Work:

• Complete development of the existing AEM-based form system or propose a new architectural approach.

• Deliver a dynamic multi-step approval workflow and associated user dashboard.

• Implement validations to reduce form errors and rework.

• Create a scalable and reusable framework to support four additional workforce management business cases post initial deployment.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery based on the deliverables outlined in Sections 3.01–3.05 of the Statement of Work (attached).

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• AEM Forms

• AEM GuideBridge API

• AEM Workflows

• Adobe Forms Designer (LiveCycle Designer)

• Adobe Workfront

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) RDS

• MySQL

• HTML, JavaScript, XML
