The Training & Operations Process Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to support Data Center Operations (DCO) in the new hire onboarding and training process, and in the formatting and process flow for all process and procedure documentation. In addition, this role will be responsible for identifying training needs through job analysis, questionnaires, and discussions with team members, monitoring and reviewing the progress of department team member training, reporting, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire onboarding process, technician leveling documentation and
- Manage the department new hire training program
- Submit documentation for personnel changes to shift, facility or new hire
- Manage internal communications for agendas and general notifications
- Schedule interviews, meetings, events and conference rooms for the department
- Work closely with management to assist and improve team development
- Provide support in creating presentations, managing files, including compliance,
- Ensure expense reports & receipts are submitted to accounting in a timely manner, via Concur software
- Assist in the development of training materials, surveys and questionnaires
- Compile data for reports and statistics to present in a clear and professional format
- Update organizational charts, reports, and process forms in accordance with company standards
- Work outside of the box with team members to find creative ways to improve efficiency
- Manage Policy and Procedures Review Process with Focus Group and Committee
- Manage SharePoint documentation control and general updates
- Support employee recognition programs for the department
- Perform and oversee various special projects as assigned
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot all project issues in a timely manner
- Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
- Monitor and helps assess department training to ensure accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of instruction
- Participate in the training budgeting process
- Support multiple office locations in various time zones
- Must be able to travel when necessary
Other Duties:
- Works with Microsoft SharePoint to develop team and community sites
- Works with UKG Pro Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report on department training
- Works collaboratively with department team members to ensure projects meet
- Works with Director of Training and Development to identify skills and resources needed on the team and train new team members
- All other duties as assigned
