2nd Shift 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
$18.50 per Hour
($17 an Hour Base Pay plus $1.50 Shift Differential)

• Build/Test parts and assemblies to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Identify units that fail test or tolerance levels.
• Properly use safety equipment
• Complete formal training of primary work area within introductory period.
• Reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
• Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in an assembly environment.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing/assembly field.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Must possess attention to detail when following instruction.
• Use small hand tools and instrumentation
• Mechanical assembly aptitude/experience required.
• Good physical dexterity.
• Good math skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Electronic: Soldering
• Mechanical: Able to use hand/power tools
Salary : $17 - $19
