Steiner Insurance & Finance is looking for a friendly and organized Office Receptionist//Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, FL! If you have previous office experience and (ideally) hold a 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist clients, answer phones, and manage office communications
- Support daily office operations with administrative tasks
- Handle insurance-related questions (if licensed)
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferably licensed with a 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license (or willing to obtain one)
- Previous office//administrative experience
- Lives in or near Melbourne, FL
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
