Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and proactively follow-up with prospective tenants to schedule apartment showings and convert leads to applicants.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to tenants and others via phone, text, and email to provide general information, problem-solve tenant questions and complaints, and answer questions from prospects.
- Process rental applications promptly and accurately
- Prepare leases, renewals, and assist with other leasing processes as needed.
- Think critically to assess and resolve tenant concerns.
- Prepare and disseminate tenant letters and communications with attention to detail and a focus on clarity.
- Assist with various leasing tasks with customer service and team-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure efficiency and excellent customer experience.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
