This is an hourly position paying $18.50/hour with the potential to earn an additional $1.50 per hour through a perfect attendance bonus.

Responsibilities
General Function: The Returns Specialist is responsible for the proper receipt and processing of all products returned to the Distribution Center from delivery teams. This role ensures the efficient flow of returned products through the Driver Check-in area, maintaining accuracy and organization throughout the returns process.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect all returning products to ensure quality and condition standards are met.
- Wrap, prep, and properly handle all returned products for further processing.
- Assess the disposition of returned products.
- Load and unload designated carts with returned products in a timely and organized manner.
- Complete all necessary paperwork associated with returns, ensuring accuracy and error-free documentation.
- Perform data entry into the warehouse management systems, ensuring correct tracking and processing of returns.
- Tag and label returned products according to company procedures.
- Move and lift products off returning delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper storage.
- Conduct basic lift truck maintenance, including pre-trip inspections and reporting any preventative maintenance issues.
- Maintain organization within designated aisles to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
Physical Demands:
- Regular lifting, pushing, pulling and moving of furniture up to 100#’s
- Regular walking, bending, twisting, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, crouching and kneeling
Position Requirements:
- Requires strong verbal and written communication skills
- Requires good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills with a commitment to learn warehouse management systems
- Requires punctuality and regular attendance
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Must have the ability to operate a stand-up forklift
Working Conditions:
- Will work primarily inside the Steinhafels distribution center
- Will work on floor level up to 40 feet high on order picker
