Lancaster Farming Newspaper is looking for a Digital Production Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for a motivated, creative, and tech-savvy individual who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings. The primary focus will be on podcast production, with additional responsibilities in web and video production as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Audio Production : Set up and manage recording sessions, handle audio equipment, and edit recordings into engaging content.
- Research : Conduct thorough research on a wide range of topics, finding unique angles and relevant experts.
- Interview Prep : Craft thoughtful, engaging questions that add depth to interviews.
- Collaboration & Communication : Engage in productive brainstorming sessions, communicate ideas clearly, and proactively keep teammates updated on ongoing projects.
- Web Production : Write coherent summaries and engaging copy for podcasts and videos, assist teammates with gathering supplementary assets for web content and / or videos.
