Bench General Manager

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? Luna Grill is looking for a passionate and energetic Bench General Manager to oversee operations and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests!

What You'll Do :

  • Build a team of top performers by coaching and developing future leaders; providing clear, consistent direction, performance feedback, and recognizing individual and team contributions.
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained, and coaching, counseling, and performance feedback is provided on a regular and timely basis.
  • Make personnel decisions regarding transfers, promotions, terminations, and other employment decisions and obtain approval as necessary.
  • Listen to team member suggestions for improving how work is done and guests are served.
  • Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

LUN-A-TIC Qualifications :

  • Possess and instill high-quality standards for production and guest service.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. Safety-minded.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Ability to work productively with little to no supervision. Trustworthy and reliable.
  • Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Office. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred - must be able to communicate (speak, read, write) in the primary language of the work location.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years restaurant experience (knowledge of both the BOH and FOH is strongly preferred). Luna Grill experience is ideal.
  • Three (3) years supervisory / management experience strongly preferred.
