Description
- Timely and accurate data entry of all sales orders assists in inbound delivery appointments including communications with internal and external customers.
- Receive and process sales orders including EDI/Manual order entry.
- Responsible for customer communications regarding purchase orders.
- Receives and processes sales orders including EDI/Manual order entry and purchase order documentation.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers
- Collaboration with customer, logistics partners in ensuring that orders are shipped in prompt fashion
- Timely and accurate data entry of all customer orders into Transportation Management System (TMS), and management of outbound delivery appointments including communications with internal and external customers.
- Manage International Export sales orders through entire process including order entry, documentation processing, and communications with customers.
Requirements

- 2 years of experience in a customer facing role in a customer and logistics management environment, preferably with exposure to export logistics.
- Ability to work in fast paced and evolving environment
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and to meet changing customer requirements
- Ability to understand and support management direction.
- Ability to keep focus and be detail-oriented in a dynamic atmosphere
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in an ERP and TMS software
- Strong ability to communicate professionally effectively with other departments including both internal and external customers/vendors.
