As a Paid Social Media Manager you will be at the intersection of creativity and performance. In this role, you'll lead our paid social strategy with a laser focus on profitable customer acquisition, scalable campaign performance, and creative efficiency. You’ll manage cross-platform campaigns, optimize creative assets for conversion, and play a key role in hitting aggressive revenue growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with potential to incorporate additional platforms in the future.
- Develop and execute strategies focused on profitable sales growth and strong ROAS across all channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to concept, test, and optimize ad creatives that drive performance at scale.
- Analyze performance data daily, making proactive optimizations to budgets, bids, targeting, and creative.
- Utilize internal dashboards that track KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CVR, and subscriptions, to guide optimizations and testing strategies.
- Conduct regular creative testing to identify top-performing formats, hooks, and messaging.
- Partner with lifecycle marketing and eComm teams to ensure a seamless user journey from ad click to conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes, trends, and algorithm shifts to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- Continuously explore new paid social opportunities to expand profitable reach and acquisition.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with a strong emphasis on performance and ROI.
- Proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth through Meta, TikTok, and/or Pinterest ads.
- Deep understanding of paid media KPIs and how to optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.
- Comfortable working in ad platforms, analytics dashboards, and creative briefs.
- Strong creative intuition—can spot winning creative and guide the development process.
- Experience working in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer product brands is highly preferred.
