Duties
- Perform comprehensive roof inspections to assess the condition and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates, proposals, and presentations to homeowners and property managers.
- Educate clients on roofing options, materials, and the advantages of Aspen Roofing Services.
- Follow up with potential clients, addressing questions and concerns to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inspections, proposals, and sales using the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
- Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and secure appointments with potential clients.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of success
- Ability to conduct thorough and accurate roof inspections
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair/replacement processes
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
