Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their specific business needs and goals
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and email marketing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients on key performance metrics and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and strategies to drive client success
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results for clients
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification is a plus
