We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Remote Marketing Onboarding Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new marketing clients and partners. You will be the primary point of contact guiding them through our onboarding process setting expectations and ensuring they have all the resources they need to succeed. This role requires excellent communication skills a passion for client success and a strong understanding of marketing principles.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire client / partner onboarding process from initial contact to successful launch.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials including welcome packets training guides and FAQs.
- Conduct onboarding calls and webinars to educate clients / partners on our marketing platform tools and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients / partners during the onboarding phase.
- Track onboarding progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing product) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges during onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client / partner interactions and onboarding progress.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of onboarding processes and best practices.
- Stay uptodate on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
