We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing various operational processes within the company to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct indepth analysis of operational processes identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize these processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify trends.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Participate in project management activities to support operational initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in operations management.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Proven experience in operations analysis process improvement or related fields. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Certification in operations management or related field is a plus.
Preferred
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
