Part-Time Cleaner

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. This position is part-time and requires candidates to be based in the Grand Rapids area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, restrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Stock and replenish supplies in restrooms and breakrooms
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
