Key Responsibilities :

Participate in the review and QA process to ensure the quality and usability of documentation.
Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements based on user feedback and documentation usage trends.
Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Communication, Computer Science).
- Proven experience as a technical writer or in a related role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical writing principles, style guides, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Adobe Framemaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Office Suite, and version control systems.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
