Responsibilities The Assistant Nurse Manager assumes 24-hour accountability and responsibility for the operation of the assigned unit. He / she combines clinical expertise with the application of leadership and nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure satisfaction to both internal and external customers. Requirements Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. Must possess 3-5 years of Emergency Department experience.
