**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for the food service industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this role. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or Aloha POS - Prepare and serve food and drinks according to our menu - Ensure all orders are delivered to the correct table and in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized dining area - Upsell menu items and suggest specials to enhance the customer experience - Manage cash register transactions and handle customer payments - Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate orders and payments - Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to provide informed recommendations - Stay up-to-date with new menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience **Skills:** - Proficiency in using OpenTable and Aloha POS systems - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard - Experience with food service and upselling techniques - Basic math skills for managing cash register transactions - Cash handling and customer payment processing skills - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
