Internship Summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking motivated and dedicated interns to contribute to our team. Our internship program will last approximately 10-weeks. You will have the opportunity to work on projects and showcase your skills, talents, and abilities. Our exciting program offers the opportunity to learn, develop and network in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities

Are you interested in working in a growing and fast-paced organization? We are looking for candidates to do the following in our Leadership Development & Training team in Houston:

  • What you will do:
    • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Help ensure the LMS is up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with company training needs.
    • Provide user support and guidance for LMS-related inquiries.
    • Conduct testing of LMS courses according to internal procedures.
    • Generate and analyze reports from the LMS to measure training program effectiveness.
Project(s)

You will have the opportunity to lead a project that consists of documenting Learning Management System procedures.

  • Documenting LDT internal procedures for using the LMS
  • Creating communication plans to "market" SFS University courses
  • Update and manage the internal SharePoint site for the LDT Team

Qualifications

  • Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in HR, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration or Finance.
  • Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA (out of a 4.0-point scale)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Interns will have opportunities to prepare and facilitate presentations and communicate with operational leaders
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Houston, TX
