Job Responsibilities
Are you interested in working in a growing and fast-paced organization? We are looking for candidates to do the following in our Leadership Development & Training team in Houston:
- What you will do:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Help ensure the LMS is up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with company training needs.
- Provide user support and guidance for LMS-related inquiries.
- Conduct testing of LMS courses according to internal procedures.
- Generate and analyze reports from the LMS to measure training program effectiveness.
You will have the opportunity to lead a project that consists of documenting Learning Management System procedures.
- Documenting LDT internal procedures for using the LMS
- Creating communication plans to "market" SFS University courses
- Update and manage the internal SharePoint site for the LDT Team
- Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in HR, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration or Finance.
- Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA (out of a 4.0-point scale)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Interns will have opportunities to prepare and facilitate presentations and communicate with operational leaders
- Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Houston, TX
