Position Summary:
The Strategic Learning Consultant (SLC) Manager is responsible for leading a team of Strategic Learning Consultants to drive training and development initiatives that align with Stellantis Financial Services' business objectives. This role provides strategic oversight, coaching, and support to ensure the SLC team delivers high-quality learning solutions that drive performance improvement, enhance employee development, and support organizational goals. The SLC Manager acts as a key liaison between business leaders and the Learning & Development team, ensuring training initiatives are effectively aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Strategic Learning Consultants (SLCs), ensuring alignment with business goals, talent development needs, and best practices in learning strategy.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify learning needs, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of high-impact training programs, ensuring they are data-driven, business-aligned, and effective.
- Mentor and coach SLCs to improve their business acumen, consulting skills, and training effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain standardized methodologies, documentation, and evaluation frameworks for training effectiveness.
- Monitor training impact, collecting and analyzing data to make evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for leadership, ensuring that training initiatives address key performance drivers across departments.
- Work closely with instructional designers, facilitators, and SMEs to ensure seamless integration of training solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance training impact.
- Ensure efficient allocation of training resources while maintaining high-quality program delivery.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform the above-referenced essential duties and responsibilities as well as assist in directing the work of employees assigned to the department by leading and overseeing their day-to-day activities and work schedules and by providing work-related guidance in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. This position has the authority to lead, oversee and direct the day-to-day work of assigned employees and to report work assessments to management, and has the authority to recommend the following actions: hire an employee, fire an employee, promote, or demote an employee, discipline an employee in a formal manner, reassign an employee, or alter benefits of an employee. All such decisions shall be made by the responsible senior manager(s) in consultation with the Human Resources Department.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, training strategy, or performance consulting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing training consultants or learning professionals.
Education:
- High school diploma or a general education degree (GED).
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance consulting.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into training solutions.
- Strong ability to measure and evaluate training impact using data-driven approaches.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, eLearning tools, and training analytics.
- Proficient in learning and development, talent management, and business consulting.
- Proficient in instructional design, performance consulting, and leadership development.
- Proficient in written and oral communication, including presenting to senior leaders.
- Proficient in project management, process improvement, and training strategy.
- Proficient in adapting to changing business needs and driving training initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Travel 0-20% - as required on an as needed basis.
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience – Auto finance, banking, or financial services industry.
- Certifications – CPLP, CPTM, ROI Institute, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
- Skills – Knowledge of organizational development, change management, and process improvement methodologies.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
