The Regulatory Compliance Reporting Engineer manages fuel economy, GHG and emissions criteria tracking and reporting to government agencies including the EPA, NHTSA and CARB. This individual will be responsible for ensuring reporting submissions are accurate and driving corrective actions to any exceptions found. This individual will work closely with planning teams to convert forecasted plans into certification databases to allow fuel economy label testing to be completed. The individual would also be responsible for calculating Fuel Economy and Green House Gas credits, including off cycle and A/C, and reporting to EPA/NHTSA/CARB on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or other technical disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years product development, or certification and compliance experience
- Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Ability to speak technically and in simpler terms
- Comfortable communicating regularly with senior level management
- MBA or advanced engineering degree
- Emissions related background/experience
- Powertrain calibration experience
- Experience with federal regulations in vehicle emissions and fuel economy testing
- Vehicle testing background – chassis dyno testing and an understanding of coast down testing
