The keys to success of the Ram Brand Advertising Manager position include the ability to produce and deliver innovative marketing and advertising solutions, develop an annual advertising plan, manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide thought leadership and clear direction to agency teams. This role also includes strategic coordination from a global perspective, servicing the regions where Ram is sold and ensuring the various markets content needs are delivered.
The qualified candidate will apply a deep understanding of the Ram brand essence to achieve long-term vision and success. They will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulate key insights, conceptual ideas and strategic rationale as well as interact with senior management. Strong knowledge and experience in broadcast, social, print and digital production, financial management, planning, presentation development and collaborative brainstorming are required. An understanding of global marketing trends, insights / considerations and tactics including TV, print, digital, social, mobile, CRM is required. The selected candidate will have working knowledge of the automotive industry and achieve new benchmarks in creative and advertising excellence.
Additional Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :
- Working with and managing agency partner annual communications, business scope, creative briefs, planning goals and success measures, calendar of deliverables and project timing.
- Developing and managing the annual creative production budget.
