$24.50-$30 hour. (Base wage $17.50 tips average $7 / hour). Flexible scheduling.

Stellar Brew & Natural Cafe in Mammoth Lakes, CA is looking for a Baker to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 3280 B Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working, and will contribute to the positive and fun working environment we strive to create.

Responsibilities

*Weigh and measure ingredients *Mix and blend batters *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products. *Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods *Prepare and maintain inventory *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications

*Attention to detail in all aspects of baking *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience as a Baker a plus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $24.00 - $30.00/hour.
