Job Summary: The Operations Account Manager will be responsible for managing after-sales services for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This role emphasizes ensuring customer satisfaction, minimizing financial risks, and driving profitability. The manager will also identify and act on sales opportunities, contributing recommendations to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and mitigate risks such as arrears, unpaid assets, and assets at risk.
- Communicate risk signals effectively to internal stakeholders and initiate timely remedial actions.
- Address day-to-day customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Oversee transactions within the account portfolio.
- Track customer satisfaction levels, document feedback, and escalate insights to relevant teams.
- Analyze customer requirements for additional products or services, identify sales opportunities, and present recommendations.
- Proactively inform customers about value-added services and product offerings.
- Ensure account and contract management in compliance with relevant policies, conditions, and agreements.
- Address recurring procedural or process issues and implement viable improvement strategies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with customers and vendors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in account management or a related field.
- Fundamental accounting knowledge, as well as familiarity with inspection, collection, recovery, and processing activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
