Responsibilities :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in banking operations / quality assurance in banking operations with experience in any of the following processes (this is all non-voice and non- customer facing)
- Mortgage Origination, Mortgage Servicing, Credit Card (Origination to Default), Unsecured lending (Origination to Default), Deposits, Commercial / Small business origination / servicing).
- Additional consideration - FCRM with QA background.
