We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in AI and machine learning to facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization. - Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the AI/ML team.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions.
- Manage project timelines, identify and manage risks, and monitor progress against project goals.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
