Job Description:
- Minimum 6 years industry experience in working with UKG Telestaff and Pro WFM.
- Client facing and full end to end project, requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy.
- Configure complex scheduling requirements in Telestaff.
- Create and manage overtime and absences in Telestaff.
- Configure notifications and build/run reports in Telestaff as per business requirements.
- Developing and testing the configurations.
- Build Telestaff integrations with Pro WFM and third parties.
- Interact and gather requirements from business.
- Exposure to configuring UKG Pro WFM modules.
