Digital Workplace Support Role:
Location: Work from Client Office in Charlotte, NC

Job Responsibilities:
1. Extensive history of hands-on experience with collaboration platforms and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and video conferencing systems
2. In-depth expertise in installing, configuring, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining video conferencing devices (MTR's, Cisco Webex, Poly).
3. Familiarity with conferencing and meeting connectivity across various platforms, including Zoom, Webex, and Teams.
4. Experience with planning, deploying, and managing Cisco Room OS video conferencing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
5. Knowledgeable in A/V systems, including Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure, and projectors (e.g., Epson, NEC), as well as BrightSign players.
